I always feel welcomed and happy when I enter the cozy and intimate studio.
All the teachers are consummate professionals but still manage to make you feel as though you can do absolutely anything.
Robert and Lata are my favorite yoga teachers ever.
I have been doing yoga for years and have taken many,many yoga classes but none of them have ever felt so complete and yet so challenging at the same time.
You can tell a lot of planning and forethought goes into the planning of the classes.
One of my favorite classes is the restorative yoga on Thursday nights .
Robert plays the crystal bowls and Lata guides you through restoratve class and guided meditation.
It is truly wonderful and allows you to rest and recover from the week.It is my experience that all the classes are different,there are no cookie cutter classes here and the teachers can respond as needed to students differing needs.
This is well worth the money and time.
You will leave feeling wonderful.
As an aside if you are unsure about investing in the classes here you should head down to the classes on Englewood beach every morning as the teachers from here teach those classes as well.
